A new modular office can serve many different purposes in your facility. You can use it to house your administrative team or as a place to meet with clients and guests. Modular offices were designed to be highly versatile. One of the many options you can choose for your modular office is the wall panels. Here are a couple of the different materials available for your modular office wall panels.

Painted Gypsum

This type of wall panel is one of the most versatile options available. It has good noise control and insulation and features a class 1 fire rating, which means that it is flame-resistant. You can even customize the color and make it blend with the rest of your facility or stand out as an eye-catching design choice. It is also easy to repair if damaged. Painted gypsum is a great option for all types of short and long-term modular office buildings.

Vinyl-Faced Gypsum

Vinyl-faced gypsum wall panels have a 6-mil vinyl coating on the outside, which gives them additional noise control and more utility for administrative modular office buildings. Vinyl-faced gypsum is easy to clean and durable and adds the same fire resistance as painted gypsum.

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic

If you want modular office wall panels that are low-maintenance and extremely durable, fiberglass reinforced plastic panels would work well for you. Many modular office owners choose this material because it is water resistant. It is also required for some cleanroom classifications and environmental enclosures.

Steel-Faced

A steel-faced wall panel utilizes 24 gauge galvanized sheet metal, which resists sound and adds strength to the structure. This strong type of wall panel is great for enclosing dangerous equipment. You can add additional materials to your steel-faced wall panels to create a sound-proof space, which works well for a modular office in a loud environment.
